The customer was a very large dairy farm who were installing a brand new state of the art fully automated robotic milking facility. This facility is computer controlled and milks the herd at regular intervals without any human intervention required. Our role was to supply, plan and install the electrical installation necessary to run the plant working closely in conjunction with the equipment manufacturer.

The installation was completed over several months and works were expansive as detailed below:

• Installation design and setup of the main power room.
• Power supply to the milk silo.
• Lighting to washroom
• Power to waters heaters and vacuum pumps
• Power to Milking Parlour and cow handling area. 
• Various lighting throughout the site.
