Our Safety Testing Services
PAT TESTING
Our experienced engineers use the latest PAT testing equipment to ensure we can carry out PAT testing as efficiently as possible. We can test the smallest premises with just a few items, right up to the largest industrial premises where there could be thousands of items that require testing. Results are collated and stored on our systems, with a detailed report of all devices tested provided to the customer.
EICR Inspections
These are highly technical and invasive inspections requiring a detailed visual inspection of the installation to identify any obvious defects and testing of the installation requiring each circuit to be sample tested, typically involving the removal of sockets and light switches to inspect the wiring and test the circuit. They cannot be done quickly if done properly.
Landlord Electrical Safety Certificates
These are otherwise known as an EICR per the previous section however for landlords, an EICR is a legal requirement in order that a property can be let. They last for 5 years at which point they must be renewed.
